persistent with hints of mature red fruits, ams, and slight notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
balanced and harmonious with a touch of pleasant tannins.
potato gnocchi, “sagnette e fagioli“ (fresh pasta with beans), lamb and stuffed rabbit.
