Just a stone’s throw from the Costa dei Trabocchi, in one of Abruzzo’s most well-known viticultural areas, the Jasci winery welcomes its guests in a sustainably designed architecture for a cosy and peaceful experience.

The winery tour

The winery’s head sommelier guides the tour, taking guests on a journey that follows our grapes from vineyard to bottle.
After the initial welcome, the standard tour includes:

• Vineyard visit. You’ll walk to the organic Montepulciano vineyard located right in front of the winery premises. Here, a brief stop among the vines allows guests to appreciate the terroir and the region’s most representative grape variety.
• Following the grapes’ route, the visit continues into the winery barns, where the sommelier shows the equipment used in the initial fruit processing stages and the fermentation tanks.
• The tour moves on to the underground cellar, where guests can take a peek into the control room, the most high-tech part of the winery, from where we monitor the vineyards and all the tanks.
• The final leg of the tour takes place in the most ancient building of the winery. The beautiful, well-preserved concrete tanks are a real treasure still used for ageing wine after more than 100 years.
• Back in the main building, guests are welcomed into the tasting room for a tasting of a 3-wine selection and local delicacies.

In case of bad weather, the vineyard visit will be modified.
